Petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 3.1.2014 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Executing Court. Heard.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that challenging the order passed by the Rent Controller dated 29.7.2013 whereby ejectment of the petitioner and respondent No. 2 from the premises in question was ordered, appeal filed by the petitioner and respondent No. 2 is pending before the Appellate Authority. Along with the appeal, an application for stay of execution proceedings had been filed but the said application has not been decided so far. Now the next date before the Executing Court is 5.3.2014 and the next date before the Appellate Authority is 6.2.2014.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction Singh Gurpreetto the Appellate Authority to dispose of the application for stay of 2014.01.28 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh
