Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make an application to the trial Court explaining the circumstances for not producing evidence on December 19, 2013 and February 4, 2014 and to further show reason why the request made in this petition, for the first time before this Court, should be considered and decided by the trial Court and if it required to serve the ends of justice or to avoid miscarriage thereof.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
