The defendant's evidence has been examined and cross-examined on the strength of the averments made in the written statement. There is nothing more in the written statement than para. 4(a) and if the counsel for the defendant was remiss in not cross-examining the witnesses, then there is no case for recall of those witnesses and give opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine the same witnesses again.
No ground for interference is made out. The petition to stand
dismissed.
