Defendants, by filing the present transfer application, are seeking the transfer of a suit for declaration and permanent injunction titled Harjinder Singh Vs. Balwinder Singh and Ors (A.2) from the court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Amritsar to any other court in the State of Punjab. Further challenge is to the order dated 14.10.2013 (A.1) passed by the learned District Judge, Amritsar declining the request for transfer of the suit from the court of Ms. Surekha Rani, Civil Judge(Jr. Division), Amritsar to any other Court.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.
