The prayer made by the petitioners in the present transfer application is for setting aside the order dated 25.7.2013(P-18) passed by the learned District Judge, Sirsa dismissing the application for transferring Civil Appeal Nos.33,49,51 and 52 of 2013 from the Court of Sh.R.P.Goyal, Additional District Judge, Sirsa to any other coordinate Court in the same Sessions Division.
At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present transfer application has become infructuous in view of the said appeals now having been listed before another learned Judge.
Dismissed as infructuous.
