Petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of a petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by respondent No.1-husband and the suit filed by her-in-laws/respondent Nos.2 to 5 for permanent injunction seeking to restrain the wife and her family members from implicating them in any criminal case from the courts at Sunam to Ludhiana.
Upon notice, the parties have put in their appearance through their counsel.
At the time of hearing, it is stated that the present transfer application has become infructuous in view of both the petition for restitution of conjugal rights as well as the civil suit having already been dismissed as withdrawn vide orders dated 5.10.2013 and 7.12.2013 respectively.
Dismissed as infructuous.
