This appeal has been filed on behalf of the State of Punjab against the judgments and decrees of the Courts below whereby its suit for recovery was dismissed.
This appeal was admitted on 10.1.2005.
As per office report, the LRs of the proprietor of the
respondent-firm are not being served.
On 7.5.2013, the following order was passed:
“According to report from the registry, certain
respondents are unserved. Appellant has taken no steps for effecting service upon the unserved respondents. Learned State counsel submits that needful will be done within a week. One last opportunity is granted, failing which this appeal shall be dismissed for nonprosecution.
To come up on 10.7.2013.”
Needful has not been done.
