Plaintiff/appellant-Jaswant Singh is in second appeal against the concurrent findings recorded by both the Courts below whereby his suit for permanent injunction was dismissed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Nakodar vide judgement and decree dated 21.01.2011 and findings thereof were affirmed in appeal by the learned District Judge, Jalandhar vide judgement and decree dated 3.9.2011.
At the time of hearing learned counsel for the appellant prays for permission to withdraw the present second appeal as the parties have amicably settled their dispute.
Allowed as prayed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
