Plaintiffs/appellants are in second appeal against the concurrent findings recorded by both the courts below whereby their suit for permanent injunction was dismissed by the learned Addl.Civil Judge (Sr.Div.)Balachaur vide judgement and decree dated 15.2.2011 and the findings affirmed by learned Addl.Distt.Judge, SBS Nagar vide judgement and decree dated 23.11.2011.
After the filing of the appeal the same has been listed twice on 20.11.2012 and 8.5.2013. On both these dates none had caused appearance on behalf of the appellants. Same is the position today. Dismissed in default.
