This regular second appeal pertains to the year 1985. None appeared on many dates on behalf of the appellants. On 29th April, 2013, it was brought to the notice of this Court that Sh. Yogesh Kumar Sharma, through whom this appeal was filed, had expired and notices were issued to the appellants.
As per office report, appellant No.1 had died and appellant No.2 is not residing at the given address.
No one is coming forward to pursue this appeal. In this view of the matter, it seems that with the efflux of time, parties have lost interest in pursuing this appeal.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
