This is an application seeking review of a part of the order dated 15.7.2013 which reads thus:-

“The respondent is on caveat through Mr. Amar Vivek, Advocate, who has very fairly conceded, after instructions received from the Dean Colleges, Chandigarh, Panjab University, Chandigarh for setting aside the order dated 6.7.2013 (Annexure P.11).”

Mr. G.S. Attariwala, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant- petitioner.

Counsel for the applicant- respondents submitted that instead of the aforesaid paragraph, the following paragraph may be inserted in the order dated 15.7.2013.

“The specific instructions to the counsel for the respondent are that the respondent has no objection if the petitioner is allowed

to appear and show cause before the Core committee and assures the committee that the deficiencies if any pointed out by the committee to the petitioner, would be removed by the petitioner within the stipulated period fixed by the committee. In the meantime, however the petitioner may make the admissions to the current session, without payment of any late fee.”

Counsel for the non-applicant- petitioner has shown no reluctance to the aforesaid prayer made by the applicant as it is submitted that he has wrongly made the concession, otherwise, remaining part of the order dated 15.7.2013 would remain the same.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the facts and circumstances mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed in the manner indicated above.
