Learned Tribunal has taken the income of the deceased as Rs.4500/- per month. This is the income regarding which evidence has come in the statement of Superintendent District Public Relation Office, Fatehabad. The deceased was working on computer technician and evidence has been led to prove that in spare time he used to repair computers and earn a good amount. Taking into account his aforesaid capacity, learned Tribunal has taken Rs.2500/- per month as his additional income. However, it is a case where the deceased was a government employee and increase in the income has to be made keeping in view the future prospects of his getting higher salary. As per Sarla Verma's case supra, 50% of the salary is to be added to the income in case he had a permanent job and was aged below 40 years. Both the conditions are satisfied in this case and, therefore, the income of the deceased should have been taken at Rs.6750/-. Adding to it Rs.2500/-, which learned Tribunal found as additional income of the deceased, the total income of the deceased comes to Rs.9250/- Looking to the number of the dependents of the deceased, suitable cut has been applied by learned Tribunal and applying the said cut, I find a sum of Rs.6167/- to be the monthly dependency of the deceased,
