This appeal assails the judgment dated 20.3.2009 passed by the learned District Judge, dismissing the objection petition filed by the appellant-petitioner.
A request for adjournment has been made by the proxy counsel on behalf by the appellant. However, in view of the order dated 19.10.2012, passed by this court, the request for adjournment is declined.
Having examined the impugned judgment, the same does not suffer from any illegality much less irregularity or perversity warranting interference by this Court.
Dismissed.
