The petitioners impugn the notifications dated 30.11.2006 (Annexure P-8) and 28.11.2007 (P-9) issued under Sections 4 & 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, respectively, in respect of acquisition of their land fully descripted in para No.2 of the writ petition.
This case is also similar to CWP No.23776 of 2013 (Ram Kishan and others versus Union of India and others) challenging the same very acquisition. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29.10.2013 with certain directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6.
