P4) issued under Sections 4 & 6 read with Section 17(2) (c) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), respectively, in respect of their land comprised in Mustil and Killa No.188(2-16), 2451/190 (1-8), 2454/211 (3-11), situated within the revenue estate of village Shikohpur, Tehsil and District Gurgaon.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that against the same notifications, this Court has disposed of a bunch of writ petitions including CWP No.20932 of 2012 (Ram Kanwar and another versus State of Haryana and others) vide order dated 15.07.2013 with certain directions.

The present writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the observations made in the above-cited order dated 15.07.2013 passed in Ram Kanwar and another's case (supra).
