Grievance of the petitioner is that he has been transferred in contravention to the instructions before the expiry of period of three years.
Without expression of any opinion on merits of the case, it is sufficient to observe that the petitioner has already submitted a representation Annexure P-8 dated 21.8.2013 against his transfer.
This petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to the Chairman, Gurgaon Gramin Bank, Gurgaon, Haryana to consider the request of the petitioner Annexure P-8 dated 21.8.2013 within a period of one month after the receipt of a certified copy of the order. It will be appreciated in case a speaking order is passed on the representation of the petitioner against his transfer.
