The present writ petition arises out of Panchayat elections held on 5.12.1994 pertaining to village Masana Jattan.
Learned State counsel submits that by efflux of time the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to move an application for revival of the writ petition in case something survives therein.
