Present: Mr. H.S. Baath, Advocate for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent-authorities to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector (General Duty) in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force.
The pleadings on record are completely bereft of any specific averments/documents/material,wherefrom this Court can infer that the petitioner has been denied consideration as regards promotion to the post in question.
Faced with such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.
Prayer allowed.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
