This order will dispose of four Civil Writ Petitions bearing Nos.13474, 13484, 13513 and 13994 all of the year 2013 involving similar questions of law and facts. For dictating order, facts are being mentioned from CWP No.13474 of 2013.
In this writ petition, order dated 30.5.2012 (P2) has been impugned. Vide that order petitioner's ejectment from the land, owned by the Gram Panchayat, was ordered. It is stated by the petitioner that he had constructed house over the land in dispute which is in existence for the last so many decades. Be that as it may, against above order, the petitioner had already filed an appeal which is pending before the Collector at Panipat and now fixed on 18.7.2013. It is grievance of the petitioner that the Presiding Officer is not holding the Court. To say so, reference has been made to the interim orders placed on record. It is further stated that the Gram Panchayat is bent upon to execute the order, referred to above. The petitioner has also

moved an application for interim injunction.
Taking note of facts and circumstances of this case, we dispose of all the four writ petitions, directing the Collector, Panipat, before whom appeals are pending, to take up applications filed by the petitioner for grant of interim injunction and take a final decision thereon on the next date of hearing positively. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the order before the Collector. The Registry is also directed to sent a copy of the order passed to the Collector concerned.
