After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the present petition suffers from some basic defects, which need to be rectified, he will not be in a position to substantiate his arguments, at this stage. Thus, he rightly seeks the permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file fresh one, with better particulars.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
