The petitioners, after the release of a part of their land from acquisition, are said to have represented the State Government for further release of their remaining land in village Sunaria Kalan, Rohtak, which was acquired vide notifications dated 7.1.2008 and 6.1.2009 and in relation to which the Award was passed on 4.1.2011. It is stated that on consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioners, the authorities have taken a favourable view, but no final decision has been taken so far.
Having regard to the above-stated plea taken by the petitioners, however, without expressing any views on merits of their claim, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law/Government Policy after passing a
CWP No.11644 of 2013 [2] speaking order as early as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
