Counsel for the respondents has submitted that the power has been bestowed upon the Financial Commissioner (Revenue) vide notification dated 28.1.2013, therefore, the petitioners may, if so, advised prefer a revision petition before the Financial Commissioner (Revenue).
In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take up this remedy under the Statute, i.e., Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887.
