Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 states that the Administrator HUDA Rohtak will take a final decision on the letter written by the Estate Officer, HUDA, Bahadurgarh to the Administrator, HUDA Rohtak, on 4.10.2011, copy of which has been annexed as Annexures P-7, within a period of three months.
In view of the aforesaid statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.
Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to challenge the order if it goes against her.
