The short contention which is made by the counsel for the respondents is that there is a provision for an appeal against the order passed by the Regional Director by means of an appeal under Section 82 of the Employees' State Insurance Act. The remedy

through the writ petitions is not appropriate. I uphold the contention and dismiss both the writ petitions reserving the liberty to challenge the orders through statutory provision for appeal.
