Mr. Rajeev Sharma, Standing Counsel appearing for
respondents No.1 and 2 has submitted warrant for temporary release of the
prisoner under Sections 3 and 4 of the Punjab Good Conduct Prisoners
(Temporary Release) Act, 1962.
In terms thereof, the petitioner has been granted parole for
a period of 42 days subject to the condition enumerated in the said warrant.

In view of the warrant being submitted, learned counsel for
the petitioner submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous and may
be disposed of as such.
