The only argument raised before me to challenge the acquittal is that writing marked PW2/A was recovered after the death of the deceased, which ought to be treated as dying declaration. This aspect was considered by the trial Court. It is noticed that these were the notes prepared by the petitioner while appearing to make statement in the divorce petition.
I have otherwise considered the evidence. None of the allegations as made would show an abetment on the part of the respondents, for which the deceased could have committed suicide. No case for interference is made out.
Dismissed.
