The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.356 dated 16.11.2012, registered under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter stands amicably settled between the parties in terms of the report of the Mediator dated 13.03.2013.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2012, is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained

The petition stands allowed.
However, it is made clear that if there is any violation of the
terms and conditions of the agreement by the petitioner, the complainant shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
