As per the reply filed by respondents No.1 to 3, an inquiry was conducted by ASI Baldev Singh, Incharge Police Post Bargari, who recorded the joint statement of the petitioners to the effect that they were living as husband and wife at village Sran Wali, Tehsil and District Ferozepur and have no apprehension of any danger whatsoever at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7 and, therefore, they were not in need of any security.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that even as per his instructions, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
Disposed of as such.
