Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to enquiry conducted on the complaint made by Sushil Kumar, which was found to be false (P-1). Sushil Kumar is related to the petitioner and they are having a joint interest in the ancestral property. Sushil Kumar is pressurizing the petitioner to relinquish his share in the property. A representation in this regard has been made to the police alleging therein that earlier also a false complaint had been made by Sushil Kumar which was found to be false.
The present petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to
respondent No. 3 to look into the representation and take appropriate action in accordance with the law.
