This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 127 dated 13.10.2012 under Sections 450/452/307/148/149 IPC read with Section 25/27/54 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the registration of the present FIR on the statement made by Jaswinder Kaur, a cross case was registered and an Kaur Rupinderinquiry was conducted by the D.S.P and as per his reply (P5), 2013.10.19 12:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Jaswinder Kaur and Kartar Singh had received injuries and as per M.L.R. of Jaswinder Kaur (Annexure P3), it shows that there are injuries on the person of Jaswinder Kaur including the one which is grievous in nature. As per allegations contained in the FIR, no injury has been attributed to anyone.
Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Davinder Singh, has informed the Court that the petitioners have joined investigation on 30.9.2013.
In view of the above, the order dated 7.8.2013 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to presentation of challan.
Petition is disposed of.
