The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner at the behest of respondents No.4 to 7.
Learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 7 submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per statements of petitioner as well as respondent No.4, a petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act has been filed and first statement has also been recorded. Learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 7 has also placed on record copies of statements of petitioner as well as respondent No.4.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 7, the present petition has become infructuous.
