The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR no.193 dated 17.11.2012, under Sections 406/498A IPC, registered at police station Mataur, SAS Nagar alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the parties that investigation in this case already completed and cancellation report has already been prepared, which is likely to be filed before Illaqa Magistrate.
In view of the same, it has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
