This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for transferring the investigation of complaint dated 29.5.2013 (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioner to a senior officer of Punjab Police.
On notice, reply dated 31.8.2013 has been filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ Patiala, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4 wherein it is stated that after receiving the complaint made by the petitioner an inquiry

was conducted and it was found that on 28.5.2013 the Nagar Panchayat of Bhadson has started construction work in Gali No.1 to make a Pakki Gali. At the spot Surjit Singh E.O., Surinder Singh Babbu, Pardhan Nagar Panchayat Bhadson, N.C. Arshad Ali, Smt. Veena Gupta M.C. Ward No.1, Randhir Singh Dhindsa M.C. Ward No.9, Makhan Singh M.C. Ward No.8 and Krishan Kumar Gupta husband of Smt. Veena Gupta M.C. Ward No.1 were present. At that time, Ashwani Kumar Sud along with Satish Kumar Sud son of Hari Ram Sud, Raj Kumar, Jiwan Kumar sons of Sat Pal Sud caused obstacles in construction work and attacked upon Krishan Kumar Gupta. On information, the police reached at the spot and the petitioner along with his accomplices ran away from the spot. Thereafter, on the statement made by Krishan Kumar Gupta FIR No. 44 dated 28.5.2013 under Sections 323/186/506/147/148/427 IPC was got registered at Police Station, Bhadson, against the petitioner. The complaint made by the petitioner was found to be false.
In view of the above, at this stage, no directions are required to be given by this Court.
The petition is disposed of.
