Apprehending that they might be attacked or caused physical harm by respondents No.4 and 5, the petitioners filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., wherein, they sought directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty.
While issuing notice, the Court had directed respondents No.4 and 5 not to cause any physical harm to the petitioners.
Reply has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, wherein, it has been mentioned that both the petitioners have submitted their affidavits that they do not require any police

protection as they apprehend no danger to their life and liberty from respondents No.4 and 5. Further, even respondents No.4 and 5 have submitted their affidavits stating therein that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners.
In view of the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
