The petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 234 dated 30.03.2010 registered under Section 420/406 IPC at Police Station Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda on the basis of compromise.
Notice of motion in this case was issued on 28.05.2012.
Today, the complainant is not present in the Court. The petitioner, however, is present.
Let the parties appear before the trial Court and plead this compromise before the Court concerned. The trial Court shall take into consideration the compromise and decide the case pending against the petitioner in accordance with law.
The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
