The present petition was filed for quashing of the complaint dated 18.09.1998 and summoning order dated 09.08.1999. However, during the pendency of the present petition, as per the report sent by District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur dated 19.01.2013, the accused Harvinder Singh, Kulwaran Singh, Mohinder Singh and Anokh Singh were ordered to be acquitted of the charges framed against them by giving them benefit of doubt.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having
become rendered infructuous.
