This is a case where the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C to face prosecution for an offence under Section 313 IPC. The trial Court has reproduced the entire statement given by the complainant, which contained specific allegation against the petitioner that she has aborted the complainant against her wishes. Accordingly, offence under Section 313 IPC would be revealed against the petitioner. She has rightly been summoned to face prosecution. No case for
