The present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.9 dated 10.02.2011, under Sections 307/452/324/323/148/149 IPC, registered at police station Bariwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that evidence of prosecution has already been concluded and the case is fixed for defence evidence and hence, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
