The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.255 dated 26.08.2009 under Sections 307, 323 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station City Abohar, District Fazila alongwith all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties.
It has been stated by learned counsel for petitioner that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the compromise could not be materialized in this case.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
