Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.54 dated 9.3.2000, registered at Police Station Pehowa, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC as well as the order dated 25.2.2003 (Annexure P-5) passed by the trial court whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender.
A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender vide order dated 25.2.2003 (Annexure P-5) by the learned trial court. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is a proclaimed offender and has not even submitted to the process of the court till date, he is not entitled to indulgence by this Court.
Dismissed.
