This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to submit the status report in case FIR No.43 dated 28.07.2012 registered under Sections 307, 324, 336, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sarai Amanat Khan.
As per the allegation made in the petition, the said FIR was lodged on 28.07.2012 but till date no action has been taken. Learned counsel has argued that in this connection the petitioner has also moved a

representation (Annexure P-6) to the respondent No.2 and at this stage he would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and decide his representation within any reasonable time.
I find this to be a fair request. The respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter/representation and take whatever action he deem necessary within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
Since the main case has been decided, the pending criminal miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
