Vide this common order, I intend to dispose of two
petitions bearing CRM No. M-10467 of 2013 titled as, “ Malkiat Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others ” and CRM No. M-10577 of 2013 titled as, “ Karam Chand and others vs.

State of Punjab and others ”, as the same have arisen out of the same occurrence.
This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing FIR No.59 dated 25.05.2000 under Sections 323/324/452/506/34 (Section 326 added later on) of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur and its cross version dated 28.05.2000, on the basis of compromise, along with all subsequent proceedings arising from that FIR.
Report from the trial Court has been received in which it is mentioned that all the effected parties have arrived at a compromise.
So, in view of the above circumstances and in view of authority reported as, “ Kulwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others” 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the above said FIR and its cross version stand quashed. Further proceedings in pursuant to that FIR as well as its cross version also stand quashed.
