Learned State counsel has submitted that an amount of 2,40,000/- on one occasion and 50,000/- on another occasion have been deposited in the account of petitioner – Bhajan Singh.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit that amount before the trial Court.
The medical condition of the petitioner has been referred in interim order dated 25.4.2013. Learned State counsel is fair enough to concede that vascular surgery which is available only at Army

Hospital, Delhi Cantt or AIIMS, New Delhi, can treat the petitioner Bhajan Singh.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is still admitted in the Army Hospital, Delhi.
So, in these circumstances, the application for grant of bail to the petitioner Bhajan Singh, stands accepted on deposit of `2,90,000/within one month from today before the trial Court. Interim bail stands extended till then.
On deposit of the amount in trial Court, the petitioner shall be released on regular bail to its satisfaction, till the decision of the case.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
