The allegation against the petitioner is that his coaccused Vishal and Jyoti had taken the prosecutrix Amina from Delhi and left her at the residence of the petitioner. The petitioner confined the complainant in his house for 4-5 days and desired that the complainant should indulge in immoral activity i.e., flesh trade.
Without expression of any opinion on merits, it is sufficient to observe that the petitioner has been in custody w.e.f, 18.2.2013. The trial is likely to take a long time.
The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
