This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C praying for release of the petitioner on bail in terms thereof in case FIR no.68 dated 8.5.2012 registered under Sections 307, 498-A, 506, 149 IPC (Section 304 B IPC added later on) at Police Station, Beas, District Amritsar Rural.
The petitioner who is married sister in law of the complainant was summoned pursuant of the provisions of Section 319 Cr.P.C. When the petitioner assailed the order of summoning she was directed to surrender to the jurisdiction of Trial Court and make an application for regular bail which was further directed to be decided within a period of three days from the date of making of such an application. Such application has now been rejected by the learned Trial Court.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and noticing the allegations which have surfaced on account of marital discord and further noticing the fact that the petitioner is married sister in law of the complainant and further noticing the fact that the petitioner is in custody

since 23.3.2013 and the trial is likely to take some time, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner deserves the concession of bail.
Ordered accordingly.
It is directed that petitioner shall be released on bail in terms of Section 439 Cr.P.C, subject to her furnishing fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of Trial Court.
Petition stands allowed.
