The appeal has been filed by Pushpa Sharma appellant against the acquittal of respondents no.1 and 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC. Respondents no. 1 and 2 were convicted by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad vide judgment and order dated 29.08.2011. However, in appeal, they have been acquitted.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.
