Landlord is in revision against the judgments passed by both the Authorities below whereby his eviction petition on the ground of personal necessity was dismissed by the learned Rent Controller, Kaithal vide judgment dated 14.3.2004 and the findings affirmed in appeal by the learned Appellate Court vide judgment dated 23.3.2004.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the tenant having already vacated the demised premises.
Dismissed as infructuous.
