This is tenant's revision petition challenging the order dated 29.4.2013 whereby his evidence has been closed by order of the Court.
A perusal of the impugned order would show that despite his undertaking to conclude the evidence, the petitioner has failed to conclude the same and prayed for one more opportunity. A further perusal of the order would show that the case as remained pending before the Rent Controller for evidence of the petitioner for a considerable period. From the facts as narrated before this Court and the various zimni orders as reproduced in the grounds of revision, it is clearly made out that the only motive of the petitioner is to delay the proceedings.
Thus, this Court finds no merit in this petition.
Dismissed.
