The petitioners have sought to set aside the order dated 20.2.2013 passed by the trial court.
Lakhwinder Kaur has been impleaded in place of Ajmer Kaur on the basis of the Will dated 16.6.2012. The petitioners are the plaintiffs and Lakhwinder Kaur has been impleaded only for the limited purpose of pursuing the appeal. The other heirs have not come forward with the application for impleading the legal heirs of Ajmer Kaur. Even if they have any right, they could settle it with Lakhwinder Kaur separately.
Dismissed.
