This petition assails the order dated 5.11.2012 (Annexure P-5) passed by the trial court dismissing the application filed by the petitioner Under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC for impleading him as a party defendant in the suit.
Having examined the impugned order, no illegality muchless irregularity has been found therein warranting intereference by this Court.
No merits. Dismissed.
